What is your return policy?

okay babe real quick before you check out! Just wanna keep it super clear and easy for you 💛

we don’t do returns unless we messed something up (we’re human, it happens sometimes 🤦‍♀️). we always double check orders before they go out, but if something shows up wrong, missing, or has a major defect, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it for you.

if something’s off with your order like a missing or incorrect bead, send us a pic of your packing slip and show what’s wrong. we’ll either refund that item or add a replacement to your next order. just a heads up though, we don’t ship out single bead replacements by themselves because of shipping costs.

How long does shipping take?

once your order is processed and out the door, shipping time just depends on the carrier, but most babes get their goodies in about 3–5 business days 📦✨

sometimes it shows up sooner (best surprise ever), but I always like to say that window so you’re not stalking the mailbox too hard… even though I KNOW you will 😂
