Please remember we are human and make mistakes from time to time. If your order has a shortage or incorrect bead please contact us with a photo of the packing slip showing which bead is missing or defective-we will issue a refund for the item or send a replacement on your next order. Due to the postage cost we DO NOT ship out bead replacements on their own.

You can contact us via email rdcreations4you@gmail.com or text us at 817-891-2758 (fastest response) please include your order number.

NO CANCELLATIONS!! Once an order is placed RD Creations is charged a fee regardless of the order being filled or not. We are a small business and incurring unnecessary charges impacts our margin.

DO NOT place an order if you are not 100% sure.

Refusal and /or not accepting a package will have you banned from future orders.
