Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted unless there has been an error on our part. We try to ensure the products are inspected before shipping, however if you receive an item that has a major defect or missing please contact us with in 48 hours of delivery.

Please remember we are human and make mistakes from time to time. If your order has a shortage or incorrect bead please contact us with a photo of the packing slip showing which bead is missing or defective-we will issue a refund for the item or send a replacement on your next order. Due to the postage cost we DO NOT ship out bead replacements on their own.

NO CANCELLATIONS!! Once an order is placed RD Creations is charged a fee regardless of the order being filled or not. We are a small business and incurring unnecessary charges impacts our margin.
